HCM Optimized is an independent HCM and HR technology advisory firm built on decades of industry experience — specifically, years spent inside the mid-market HCM, HRIS, and payroll world selling, implementing, and configuring the platforms employers actually rely on every day.
Over those years, a consistent pattern emerged. Employers — companies in the 50 to 1,000 employee range — were making five-, six-, and seven-figure HR technology decisions with essentially no independent advocate in the room. Brokers sold what they sold. Vendors pitched what they pitched. Internal HR teams, often stretched thin, had to sort through it all and hope for the best.
HCM Optimized exists to close that gap. We're advisors first, not resellers — not owned by a platform and not exclusive to any single vendor. The result is experienced guidance from practitioners who've been on every side of these conversations and can recommend what actually fits your situation.
